What is the best light for flowering?

Im getting a bigass HPS light for vegatative growth but idk what to get for flowering??

mabe a MH light?

(seedlings have been grown a week with fluoescents....)

i do not grow,sell,distribute,smoke,or have anything to do with marijuana,or any other illegal substance.....i just like pretending i do to look cool....MY QUESTIONS ARE LIES
