What is this?

Hey guys I really appreciate the help lately but it seems every time I solve one problem, a new one arises. Yesterday morning I applied insecticidal soap to my plant to take care of any possible spider mites. I made sure to do it at least a half hour before the lights flipped on to prevent burning the leaves. Just checked in on the tent and my plant has rust-like patches on it. Is this rust fungus? Did I burn my plant with the insecticidal soap? I have some neem oil that says it works well against rust but I’ve heard it can be a pain to get rid of rust fungus so hopefully I’ve caught whatever it is early.

Hard to tell but it looks like a Magnesium Deficiency.

Was gonna use my Canon to take better pictures but I found one that sums it up rather well. Thinking it might be a magnesium problem or I burned the plant with the soap so I’m gonna make some calmag spray and hopefully that takes care of it.
