Will a 250w ballast....

Be able to power a 175, 100, 70w bulb? Is this dangerous? I've always wondered about this.

There is a chance the ballast will ignite the bulb, but IMO it aint worth the "WHAT IF" aspect.
Need a bulb? E-conolight has 250hps bulbs for like 6-8 bucks and 10 shipping (per order) so 1 bulb is 18 bucks, 2 is 26, 3 is 34 and so on. 1 250 bulb at lowes is 28, lol
