floyd... why dont you just wait it out... you said they weren't in flowering so it wont effect the plant in sex... its already determined and it can't pollinate it if it is a guy cause its not in flowering yet.... so why not just wait and see

try using a green light when you want to check on your garden because plants can't see green light... so it wont effect it at all

dont get me wrong i never said he wouldn't... its true if you grow with the hps you will have really good plants... the reason you would want to use floro's and blue spec lights is because they seem to be cooler and you can keep them much much closer to your plants and that way they stay small...

so ya... the title says it all... my plants are 11 days old going on their 12th day of life now... and they are blueberry from sensi... i put 4 beans in a cup of water and within 20 hours all had cracked... i put in soil and within the next 24 hours they had all sprouted... i've been lucky...
