for some reason I germ. on paper towel and it did well very well but i try to germ this time on toilet paper and only 30% of the seeds pop does this happen to you guys before or its only me?

I water my plant yesterday and Inotice that my plants were sick with a mellow yellow color on there leaf after the 4 nude and it had some brown spots i really need some help i am new on this here is some pics any help welcome:mad:
