Wanted to get a few ideas about rockwool. I am familar with hydroton and hydro. I am starting 6" Rockwool cubes in a 3x3 table, ebb & flow. Just wondered how often to set timer on during lighting. Think 1-2 per day but not 100%. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I never could understand the paper towel method. It makes no sense to me at all. I can get a plant to sprout in 2 days if I plant in soil or rockwool. It takes 1-3 days to get full germ in a paper towel. I can have them already started growing by then. To me its a total waste of time...

I was wondering if anyone knows what the temp. of the water in the cloner should be. I keep it between 75 and 80 it just takes 2 weeks to fully root them, thought there may be a more perfect temp. I think the flucuation may not be good, any thoughts would help. Thanks

When I switch from a T5 flo to a n HPS sometime the leaves turn a little pale. They are on an ebb/flow table, has anyone seen this happen, its happened to me in the past but I wasnt sure if it was norm. thanks for any help
