Any *must see's* in Knoxville? Something to do?

I may have to go to Knoxville, TN next month for work and will have a stupid amount of downtime while i'm there. Any recommendations on things to do or see?

Stay away from the airport and bus stations, seeing all those people leaving while you're stuck in that pit will make you cry.(JK)
