Cloning question post vegatative

Hey hey, well I tried cloning a month ago and was horrible at it. No clone survived... today I checked my last hope... and it rooted lol.

Anyhow it's a clone off a plant I don't care much about...

My pride and joy stinky is 4-5 weeks into flowering I would love a clone of hers but all branches are flowering already with little buds on them.

Is it possible to still clone her?

I tried cloning her before from two branches, but both died...

The clone that made it is like from a nice bushy plant, but her buds **** lol. Stinky is gold I want a clone from her.

Even if your plant is starting to bud you can take clones off of it. Just do it at the bottom of the plant and try to find a place where it isnt budding very much. When i was growing outside i took about a dozn clones off my plant and it already had fat colas all over it.

im not sure but i would like to know if you can do it , say after harvest...
