yesterday when i came home my plants were happy and perky looking
but this morning when i checked them they were kind limp lookinkg so i open the bucket to check ph and i found both of my airstones floating at the top,so i stuck them back down and checked ph it was at 5.74 wich is ok and im using botanicare veg and bloom nutes.what do yall use to keep these damn airstones down so my plants wont drown and do you think that is why they looked so limp?

ive neva herd of dat how can stones float in water myb u need to lower yo stones or get bigger 1s i use two 6 in stones

its made out of foam its like a air wand or somthing.
should i get the ones that are real stones?
i guess those dont float.

Rocks or suction cups.

Its a little too late for this now, but i usually glue the suction cups to the bottom of my buckets. How many buckets do you have? Another option is to add a powerhead for oxygenation of the rez.

yea,it has suction cups but they suck and i tried to epoxy them down when i built the system but a week after it was up and running i noticed it came loose and ive been fighting it ever since.so i just went out and bought a new airstone a REAL AIRSTONE this sucker has a little weight to it so i hope it works.

Yea, get real stones.... The ones I got are about 3-4 inches in length and are cylindrical shaped.... about 1 1/2' in diameter... only like a $1.50 or so at worm's way....
