mycorrhizae doses???

What dosage of mycorrhizae should be used? Does it go by how big your pot is or how old/big the plant is? any help is appreciated.

I don't measure, just sprinkle at the roots when transplanting. Over a Tablespoon.

I also put it under the roots when I transplant. Not sure on the exact amount but its at least a Tablespoon.
