Some of My Plants Are too DRY!!!

Im growing outdoor and the plants are very healthy looking, but at the tip of the but(where it should look the best) is driead up and brittle. just falls apart when you youch it...Any Help what I should do? Thanks for you're help.

With no pics to go by I would have to say nute burn.

Are you sure you saturate all your soil well ? Water form the bottem with a pan.

Whats nute burn...also some nugs are browning. But other parts of the plant look good.
