weird seedling?

hey guys this seedling of mine auto ak / blueberry has some weird growth iv never seen before the second set of leaves is growing like the first sprout leaves...ph levels unknown....other 2 are growing good i guess...here are the pics not good quality but all i can do..any info would be good...cfl lights day light veg planted one day after seed cracked..2 -3 gallong pots..jiffy seed starting mix wich is being used all way through the grow...drainage holes are at bottom of put could i add more on sides of the pots???any info is good http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39147 thats my grow log???couldnt place pics in here but can you place answears here..

it hard to see but the funny one has round second set of leaves and cluster of leaves and the other 2 plants are normal..

it looks like a clover lol with 3 round leaves....
