lol yea I know that but the weight is a plus as well lol. I use to go to gym and loved it cause I would take out anger there. I'm in the process of redoing the garage for my work out equipment so that will help as well.

I've read like stated above your cells die off in your mouth after 2 days. I had a mouth swab test and I stop smoking after 4 days before a test. I scrub the crap though out of my gums, and listerine my mouth about 3-4 times a day.
