many seed banks will ship worldwide. as far as trouble you could get into...i dont know...check the laws for where you live. If its decriminalized, it may just be a fine or probation.

this is just a shot in the dark, but maybe use something like lemon juice which will probably have a pH of something around 3-4. if thats around the reading you get its probably good to go. hope that helps alittle..if at all.

oh i was unaware the server for this site was located overseas. that makes sense though, because we would all be screwed if it wasn't. it is pretty slow with tor, but before i knew this server was overseas, i felt it was better to have a slow connection than get busted for marijuana cultivation.
