Buy them up if your close enough to go pick up. s Shipping would kill you on those babys. That is the same kind of light I used yrs ago on my 1st indoor grow the ballist can be removed just have to do a little re wiring on them but no big deal. But $25 is a steal especially if he says they work...take care..
