Advise on sexing clones

Hello once again as I am here today to ask about sexing one of the clones I took 4 days ago. Now I took the clone by the book as far as rooting powder clean tools 45 deg cut underwater etcetc....ok I dont know what sex my parent in question is so I built a flower box hooked up a cfl with reflector and set it on 12/12. Myquestion is will it show signs of sex and root at the same time or can it only do one at a time? PS* I Still have the clone in a clone tray following the proper procedure for clone care. If it dies so what i got 4 more in the veg room but all seem to be doing well. What are your similar experiences?

It'll probably show sex before it shows roots. Usually takes about a week or less of 12/12 to show sex and 10+ days to root.

How old is the mother plant,are there no preflowers on it?
