are t-5's leds?

I have a 125w florescent,
and a t-5 single 25 watt.

Is the T-5 a led light?
One bulb is not very bright and I have seen them in fixtures of 4-5 bulbs.
The plants love the 125 watt florescent but just wondering...

anything with the "T" is florescent

and most things with LED will boast about it.

yes, I was going to change/add a bit

they do say "T" whatever "replacement LED tubes"
but they are specifically saying LED and only mention "T-5" as what they are replacing, not what they are (LED)
