can someone help me out here? do i qualify? how do i go about the process?

i suffer from what i consiter severe anxiety, also i have a very hard time sleeping and eating, Ive spoke with my doctor about all of these things before, but never mentioned getting it medicinally , i know that it does help with all of it, but do i qualify to get it? and how do i going about getting it?
ive tried to lookup things myself, but im not really getting anyware, please help!
