Crazy Deformality?

Has anyone seen this before? It is hard to fully see this fan leaf by the pics but this one leaf has 12 arms and 13 if you count the siamese twin.

Could be a polyploid, but reading around this doesn't tend to happen naturally. Ask Hick, I've seen some posts by him about "mutant" plants.
