Did I overwater my seedlings or??????

I'm a first time grower. I have 4 mandala Satori and 4 Speed queen. On 8-2 I soaked them til they sank, put them in 1" grodan and germed in a dome. On the 4th all were sprouted. On the 5th they went under 4 28 watt 6500k 1600 lumen cfl's. Total lumens 6400. I think I may have overwatered last nite. I put them into Mini hempy buckets-- 16 oz. solo plastic cups today. A couple seemed a bit heavy. I have a pic thats a little blurry and due to comp probs I can't get a better one right now. I noticed some small dark patches on the first set of leaves. Is this from overwatering? the 2nd set seems just fine. I circled it in the pic below.
