yeah, but wouldn't you wake up with a headache and sick after "medicating" yourself like that? better to stay awake until you pass out.... the thing about the human body is, if you get horizontal, and just lay there long enough focusing on your breath, and gently guiding yourself back if your mind strays, it will take the rest that it needs.....if you lay down at 8:00 P.M. and do this until 6:00 A.M. you will at least feel rested the rets of the day even if you don't atain deep REM sleep....takes a bit of work...but it works.
