enclosed grow box ideas

I've been trying to determine what the best lamp setup would be for four plants in an enclosed grow box no bigger than 3'x3'x6'. I'm planning on using intake/exaust and oscilating fans to keep my lamp cool. Should I use 400w mh for four plants in an enclosed grower? What would the best light setup be for this type of grower? Any help will be appreciated I'm also making a carbon filter system so if anyone has any good exaust filter setups then I would also appreciate help on that..

Well, I have been growing in a box about the same Cubic footage as the box you are building. My plants have doen really well with a 400w Hid lamp as the grow light. i am using a 150cfm dayton blower to cool just the light! i havent had any major heat issues.
