My super skunk auto has been drying for 15 days. Still a little bit of bend in most of the stems. I put them in a jar and sealed it. Few hours later checked on it and the RH showed 75%. So I took them back out of the jar and back to the drying screen. Is this cool?

Your RH is too high where you are drying it. Be careful of mold. 15 days is a long time to dry a harvest. Maybe get a dehumidifier. The cure should be slow though.

Doing ok with mold. I’m in my basement, very dry, dark and cool. I didn’t think 15 days was that long. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Do you have a fan in the room they are drying in? You want the air to move around but not blowing directly on the buds.

What is the relative humidity of your room. And what do you mean stems in jars?
Not stems in jars, before I put them in the jar I wanted to see the stems snap but the buds appear to be drying slowly. Yes I do have fans circulating the air, nothing blowing directly on the buds. I guess a dehumidifier would help. My basement is unfinished and very cool even in the hot months. If 15 days is too long to dry, then whets the ideal temp amd RH?

I have never dried longer than a week. I dry in my tent in my basement with the exhaust fan going(to remove the stink but maybe it removes moisture too. I run humidifiers in my basement set a 50% whether I am drying weed or not. The temperature stays around 65-70 degrees year ‘round.

Pretty much what I do except I am in a fortunate situation where nature provides me where I can start at 60% and slowly drop to 50% by the time they go to jars. Then back to 60%. I do it by feel kind of a spongy crispy relationship. Old school.

Super skunk auto. 11/ 1/2 weeks from seed, growing in hydro bucket, one plant. So many opinions on when to harvest. Any thoughts how long I should go here? I’m also building my knowledge for future grows. Thanks
