Hermy?

Okay,so this plant is like 4 months old,its outside.
It has just started to go into flower then i notice these balls starting to pop up.
My camera is broken so i broke it off and scanned it.
I was hoping maybe its something to do with when it starts to bud(i have never grown before).i got th ebest photo i could.
This is the first time i have ever seen a testicle looking thing on it,is it normal for them to turn on you this late?
I really stressed the plant alot about a month ago,it was nearly dead. Would this be what has caused it if it is hermy?
PLease let us know soon because its next to my 7ft monsters.
