how are these 2 plants going are okay looking, free to comment.

so here are my two plants how are they, and a lso number 1, the things circled are wierd, theres two and on each one there are nine little leaf things on it(the lines on the leaf is the 9 things) but on the regulare ones are just 7 leafs. al so how much longer till ther full grow(i dont know if its a male or female) comment please.

Is ths an indoor or outdoor grow?
You need to clue us in on whats going on. the pics don't tell much about the environment such as light and stuff.

2 months at most but they started out side and got eaten up a good amout, i have them on 12/14 im going to 10/14, im in pre-flower i think and there are little nodes but i cant tell yet what should i do to get them going faster and when there in flower what should i have them on?
