How to downsize ur pic's?

New member here, enjoying the site!. I was having trouble uploading a new thread because the photo's jpg size was to big. I was wandering if anyone in here knows how to downsize or shrink the photo so i can upload some images for questions. Anyhow i would apreciate a reply so i may post some pics for you all to see. Thanks for the time....

How about getting better quality, simply select and click your reduction size to say 50% and you're done.

Free programs exist that are small sized and do a great job in resizing images to your needs. I take JPGs that are about 6mb at over 1440x900 and have em set to 600x800 without any distortion and such using one of these types of programs.

Give it a shot.... IMO a lot less hassle dealing with a microsoft product like MS Paint

I like to use photoshop for downsizing pictures. Just my preference though.
