can anyone help?? sorry no pics , my plant is about 1 foot tall has 8 nodes and secondairy branching at every node. about 3 days ago i notcied this thing that looked like an upside down mushroom on one of the secondry branches 5 nodes up the plant?? it has since grown into a small three fingered leaf. it is close to the main stem but growing out of the secondary branch.any clues?? is this bad????

it's probably just another leaf growing on that branch. keep an eye on it (sounds like you are) doesn't sound like sexing or anything to be worried about...

mite be male pod perhaps?....
