Isting?

Has anyone seen any journals on here growing with this method (Isting)? The height of my plant has become a problem and i need a way to keep them on the dl. ive never done this before any help will be appreciated!

I think you mean listing or as most peeps call it LST, if thats what you meant there's lots of good info on LST on this forum just have alook around I'm sure you'll see it!

LST'ing (low stress training)
be carefull starting on an older plant.. don't want to break any stalks.
