i got the same questions as what you are asking man. i got a cupborard setup with flouros and a 400 watt hps light ready to go. just a fan blowing from out side to inside. i asked the boys at the hydro shop what difference is between the two lights n they say use 130 watt compact flouros to veg then hps to flower. hps gives lot bigger heads but power bill go up to much
