Ive got three plants growing outdoors that are only about 5 inches. Some of leaves are now yellow. What should I do to fix this problem?

Pictures would be a help.
1. PH could be off cuasing lockout.
2. Needs more N
We need a lot more info about your grow. and pictures would be a major help. Those two answers are just the common things, but pictures could tell us if you have other problems.
