Whatsup my plants are about 1 to 1.5 weeks old and about 3 inches tall, I've been running them on flourescents for the whole time but now my real light has come in I have a 400 wat Metal Halide and HPS. Which bulb should I use now and when should I switch them. Thank YOu.

i'd use the MH for veggin and just switch to the hps bulb when you go into flowering
