Ok dudes here is my 10 day old plants. Started them as an outdoor grow but I found out quickly that they need 20/4 lighting so I have been growing them under cfls for the last 5 days.

What kind of soil/mixture are you using?
What kind of CFL's you got going (Watttage, color spectrum, # of CFL's)
Are you going to continue the rest of your grow indoors?
