miniature plant... really weird

this is a plant that i was growing outdoors. but it started to get way to cold so i brought it in and put it under a fluorescent. It grows really fast, and it seems to be healthy. but i dont get why its miniature.
has anyone ever seen a plant like it?

Looks normal to me.

Sometimes plants will have HUGE leaves even as a seedling... and vice versa...
