Okay so I have a question about my fem ak48 clones. They are 10 days old in 2 inch rockwool cubes. They have some slight yellowing/browning. No roots poking through so far but they don't droop or wilt when the dome is off. Which leads me to believe there is some root development. So my question is would it hurt or be beneficial to go ahead and put them solo cups in a seed starter mix with a little bit of hotter soil at the bottom? Any input appreciated. Thanks y'all

i would wait leave them under dome till good root mass is detected

Okay thanks guys. Guess I'm just excited to get my girls in the dirt lol

So I woke up and checked my cubes, massive roots poppin out. I think what slowed them is maintaining a cooler temp in my room. Will prob invest in a heating pad for future cuts. Thanks again

If temps get too warm could cause stem rot. I clone with aero cloner I built myself. No dome needed

Congrats! Massive roots are great. You are right that cooler temps can retard root development. However, like Siccmade mentioned, if things get too warm it will problems. So test your temps with the heater to make sure things don't get too warm.
