If you transplant into fox farm ocean floor soil you will not need to add nutes for another 3-4 weeks, because the soil is rich in organic material.

I think on your ventilation you would be better to have all your fans working to pull the stale air out of the room, and just put some holes for a passive intake. Fresh air is as important as light and water.

If your new growth is a nice lush green, those bottom leaves could just be the product of over feeding earlier...they are just finally drying up and dieng. As long as new growth is lush and green I would not worry about those bottom leaves.
