Nutrient Help Please

So i germinated my seeds already and put the seeds in the soil yesterday, i have a bag of blood meal but i was told on here that thats only good for the nitrogen. Could anyone recommend any nutrients with the N-P-K and secondary nutrients that i can get at walmart lowes or home depot.And possibly tell me when to start giving the plant nutes. I appreciate any help, just tryin to grow some midis since i dont have Kush or widow seeds like the experts growing on here. thanks
