hey can any one tell me whats the best bulb ican buy from walmart for veg im on my 5th day of veg and want the best bulb from walmart

just get a grip of the 23- watt spiral cfl's(compact florescence) I would use over 10 of them. They sell em for a Buck each at the dollar store.
