these are the 1st pics of my grow room , top pic is with all 3 (250 hps with cfl's)lights for flowering , the 2nd is my veg set up with only the 2 ,150 watt cfl's , should i put foil over ends of cfl's?

Wouldn't bother foil is notorious fer hot spots not to mention even foil exposed to long periods of heat will catch fire, be carefull!
