Please help asa- power outtage

My plants have been on a 24 hour light cycle and I'm doing LST. The new colas (?, stalks?) are small, just about 2-3 inches each. We had a power outtage last night and they went without light for 7 hours. At this point, should I turn off the lights and put them into a dark cycle and go ahead and start flowering, or just let them grow bigger and hope for the best? Now they have had 2 hours of light since the 7 hour no lights. I'm worried they'll hermie or change sex, but if I flower too soon, what would happen then?

you will be fine returning to 24/0,,,
a siingle short dark period at this early age, "should' be of little consequence..

like the man said, no problem at all interupting 24/0 with a little darkness, you really only need to worry about interupting your dark cycle when you go 12/12.
