Why dont the seedbanks in the obvious countries and regions, have another location that is not as obvious to send from?
It seems that anything coming from The Netherlands or BC would be more suspicious and looked at more thourghly... They should send from a nearby city or country to avoid such suspicions........

Well, we don't discuss shipping methods... period.... on this forum.
They all have a tactic of some form.
Just gotta keep and eye on which ones have the most success shipping.
