Does anyone know what the deal is with this stuff is it legal?...where do you get it just any thing about it side effects?

Yes its legal,
It shouldnt be legal...but it is.
It is really some crazy $hit, In its 60x form; it is very strong.
some people it effects more than others. to get full effects you need to smoke it right.
i have alot of exp. with salvia, and have witnessed alot of people "lose it" for the moment.

i have never freaked out on it, but there was a point where i felt like i was tripping so hard, that i could not speak.
Its a crazy body buzz, and a mind trip too.
last time i did it,I was in Canada at Niagra falls. i was in a hotel, and as the new years ball was dropping, i ripped a huge hit out of a pipe, held it in for as long as i could....and i was sitting in the bed, stareing at the left side of the room...and as i shifted my eyes to the right the whole left side of the room had really tripped out colorful waves..and it waved Across the whole room. Then the whole room was just filled with colorful waves on everything....it was all over the tv ( but i could see the new years ball dropping too).
when i looked out our 30 story window, i could see even more vivid colors.

Its a nutty Herb. i was always fine when i smoke it.
but my buddy, when we were in Niagara, smoked it....then i watched his face just drop, like all the muscles just went limp. and he looked like he was on 6 hits of acid, and he didnt know who he was, or where he was, or what the hell was going on? He couldnt speak, and he stared at us like " fukin help, or " what the Frick is going on".
we started saying " its ok, your in canada" you smoked salvia, and then he started laughing really hard and loud, then he grabbed me and pushed me againt the bed, and started laughing hard again, but in my face.. and he was gripping my sholders really hard. then he jumped up and ran to the hotel door, and out into the hall....he ended up running into Our friend , that was coming back from the casino, and he walked him back to our room.

after he was done tripping or w/e.. he said that all he could hear, or think about the whole time he was messed up was " its ok, your in canada".
he said it just kept repeting in his head, and that he was floating outside the hotel window, stairing in at himself tripping in a chair.
so he had an out of body exsperience.

my point, its not to be taken lightly. like your not just smoking weed, it could make you trip balls.

you can find it in hedge shops, maybe a tobacco store.
or in any tourist shop in canada.
but ya a hedge shop will have it.
dont bother buying the cheap salvia, like the 10x, or 30, or 40.
go for the 60.
the other ones dont do crap.
you dont trip long. it explains it all on the box that it comes in.
i think it works better on you, if you have smoked it once or twice before.
Kinda like Pot for some people.

a place that sells "tabbacco pipes" or glass pipes, bongs, posters, inscents, tye dye stuff, stoner shop etc..etc..

you know what i mean? they have them in florida, i know that. theres a tonn in miami and key west.

ya i smoked some....

my girlfriend was running a bath for us..... i was in a towel sitting on the bed, looking at the cat...

i toked a bunch... suddenlyyyy....

the room bent....

i was dreaming.....

i fell inside my skull...

i could feel my skeleton, and suddenly for the first time in my life became aware of my bones and that i was just a monkey living on them like a tree....

and became aware of the abuse i had done to my body over my life....

then it ended as quickly as it begun...

i had a couple of tears in the corner of my eyes...

felt different...

then took a silent bath with my girlfriend...

the cat followed me.
