Sickly Seedlings

This is one of 4 of my new seedlings. This is Critically Smashed. I planted it in black velvet with perlite. I am not sure of the ph yet I have not tested it but the leaves are all turning a bit yellow on me. They are on an 18/6 light cycle under CFLs. Been watering with distilled water no nutes yet. Just wondering if this may be a nitrogen deficiency or if anyone has any clue pls help me!! LOL This is my first time with quality genetics and I don't want to screw it up Thanks in Advance! :holysheep:

They sprouted on the 17th of July. I am going to mix up a small bit of quarter strength grow big by fox farms and see if that helpsthem a bit. If anyone sees anything I don't see please let me know LOL thanks

ok Ive fed them with 1/4 strength fox farms in sat aug 2nd and while they are looking a little better still not much improvement. Any suggestions?
