some sort of insect infestation!

hey folks, how`s it goin`? i`m looking for some help in identifying some sort of mite,they are not red,so spider mites is a no(i believe).
i`m on my second week of flower n` have just noticed them.they are black.small,although can be seen with a keen eye.i have yellow spots all over the main fan leaves(can`t do pics,sorry),it only seems to be affecting certain areas??however one of my plants were desecrated around the beggining of flower,i posted info on this forum,but the symptoms are kind of the same as over fert.
someone give me some help n` some killing methods,or i fear my whole crop will be lost!! They`re black,but seem to be very few?

Are they bieng found in your soil or your plant?

the mites r on plant only(i haven`t came across any in soil?)They also seem as if they are low on numbers,but deffinatly moving!

Damn sure they are spidermites... mites are not all red to the eye... depends what part of their life they are in.
