sprout by side of container

my second a i came up by the side of its container what should i do?

gently move it to another container. I would water real good and gently pull out then replant as you normally would a sprouted seed

i don't know what happened , this is my 1st grow so i could have messed up a 100 ways lol thats why i only planted 4 seeds out of the 10 i ordered , i figured i'd need back ups
