Stem Changing color?

So I just transplanted from my E&F table to GH buckets for flowering. I noticed a couple plant's stems are changing from all green to some brown lines straight up and down. Everything looks pretty healthy otherwise, but in the past i noticed that it starts at the stem like this and then all of a sudden the leaf stems will start to go to brownish purpleish and I dont want that to happen. PLants are WW and great white shark

Eh it was the colder temps at night I think. All of them are doing great now

When the leaf stems lose chlorofill they turn purplish. Dont stress it too much.
