After laying the facts before the general manager and asking for a billing based on our agreement, I outlined a Plan B alternative that included a CBL complaint, as well as publicity in the local landlords associations newsletter, after I canceled the $900 charge on my Visa as fraud.

I look forward to hearing what their Plan C might be.
