In my younger days, I remember being so cold working outside that at coffee break, I went to the closest store and bought a stick of butter. Eat a quarter stick and you'll be sweating in 15 minutes.

Will miracles never cease! The part for my tenants furnace arrived and they are scheduled to install it today! They also billed me $900 for a flue vent blower motor, that can't cost $100 from the manufacturer.

I will be searching diligently and around about thereof for a more reliable HVAC vendor, who isn't also a rapist.
