Too much stem.

I have a Seedling that is 5 in Long and has the original two leaves plus two serrated leaves. Should I wait until I transplant it and bury a lot of the stem or just leave it alone?

Riiight up to the seed leaves. It's essentially root tissue there anyway. I do that even if they aren't bolted. It's good for them.
