topping off water leaves?

What does is mean to "top off" a pot leaf?

sum1 said that if you cutoff the leaf or sumthing it makes it grow bigger and more leaves

is this true?

how exactly do u do it??

I don't think anyone is following your drift... Who told you what about doing which that results in huh?

As far as I know there's no such thing and 'topping of a pot leaf.' Are you sure he didn't say 'top the plant' and not 'top the leaf?" Topping a plant involves pruning the top of the main stem which forces the two top developing branches to each form a cola when flowered.

Hey Bud...

Here's a great link... about 1/2 way down the page in the 'Training' section you'll see directions for Topping a plant. All you do is pinch off (cut off) the mainstem (main growing stem of the plant) at the desired height but here's the link:
