Weird red sap bubbles on my clones?

Some of my clones have these little red sap-like balls on some stems and under leaves. I've seen this before but seems especially bad this time. Does anyone know what these are? Are they bad? Thanks guys!

thanks whats scale? Threyre like tiny red droplet size and perfectly spherical but wet when you touch them.

Are the red bubbles in the same place on all places it's showing?

yea theyre on similar places. almost seems like its bleeding out red sap or something
